Have You Tried Linux As Yet?

Clean Desk

Unfortunately, there are a large number of people who would not even dream of giving Linux a try.

And, why is it that a large number of people are afraid of giving Linux a try?

Because, whenever they hear or see the word, “Linux,” they tend to think of a complex operating system that is only used by nerds and hackers.

Okay, I will admit that nerds and hackers are quite fond of Linux; but they are not the only ones who love Linux.

Believe it or not, regular people love Linux too (However, they are the adventurous type of people who enjoy learning new things).

To be most straightforward with you, Linux is way different from Windows 10 or any of the past operating systems that Microsoft released (And, that will involve learning how to use entirely new software).

Yes, my friend, the learning curve is a bit higher when it comes to Linux (But, do not allow that thought to discourage you from dabbling in Linux).

The God’s/Goddess’s truth is that there is a distribution of Linux that is ideal for:

  • Those people who are new to Linux.
  • Those people who are at a medium level in regards to their expertise in Linux.
  • Those people who are highly advanced at using Linux.

So, by all means, choose your distribution of Linux wisely (A simple Google query should enable you to decipher whether or not it is a user-friendly distribution of Linux).

And, since I am eager for you to give Linux a try, I will recommend a few of them to experiment with.

Do You Have A Favourite Operating System?

A large percentage of people have only used one operating system — Microsoft Windows (So, a particular version of the Windows operating system will most likely be their favourite operating system).

There is an old adage that states, “Variety is the spice of life.” Therefore, one of the best ways of finding out your preference in operating systems is to give a few of the other operating systems a try.

Have you had the experience of using any other operating system other than Microsoft Windows?

The Case Of Unseen Bloggers

Currently, I am following a large percentage of bloggers (Which is something I willfully did).

I have noticed that a lot of them have either slowed down their blogging pace or they stopped blogging entirely.

Now, there could be many reasons for those things (And, I am going to share with you those reasons why I think that some bloggers have slowed down their blogging pace or the reason why they stopped blogged entirely).

Are You A Brave Blogger?

Question Mark
Question Mark

Currently, there are a lot of newbie bloggers (and veteran bloggers too) who worry about what other people think about them.

By the way, are you one of those bloggers?

If you have answered, “Yes, ” I want you to know that worrying about what other people think about you is an absolute waste of your time.

And, why is it that worrying about what other people think about you is a waste of your time?

Because it is not possible to please everyone.

In reality, the things that you post on your blog is not going to resonate with everyone.

Dear friend, this is the truth:

  • Some people are going to dislike your blog posts.
  • Some people are going to love your blog posts.
  • Some people are going to remain neutral towards your blog posts.

The most important thing is publishing the things on your blog that resonates well with you.

And, if you have answered, “No, ” you might as well give yourself a proverbial pat on the back because you are already aware of the fact that it is impossible to please everyone.

So, my friend, you might as well be a brave blogger and do you. Continue reading “Are You A Brave Blogger?”

Facing The Challenges Of November

Facing The Challenges Of NovemberNovember is an interesting time for all bloggers; it is the time of the year that shows them what they are really capable of doing (or not capable of doing) in the blogosphere.

During this time of the year, a lot of bloggers are known to take some time off from blogging (A hiatus helps them to maintain their sanity in the high-paced world that they live in).

Most workplaces are usually busier than average for the month of November (And, the breakneck pace continues all throughout the month of December too).

In reality, a large percentage of bloggers have a daytime (or a nighttime) job and at times, they find it somewhat difficult to devote their time to blogging after a hard day’s (or a hard night’s) work.

Lucky are the ones who blog for a living because they get to devote all of their time and their effort into blogging.

On a very positive note, there are people who manage their time well — people who will always find the time to compose a blog post after they worked arduously at their place of employment.

Are you capable of facing the challenges of November? Continue reading “Facing The Challenges Of November”
